Dr. MacMillan has appeared on a number TV programs in his efforts to spread Japanese culture. He was the main reporter on NHK World’s “Journeys in Japan,” a TV program broadcast in over 120 countries worldwide. He also appeared on “NHK Tanka” as a Japanese poetry expert.
